In preparation for graduation this summer, Hog Roast Cairnryan was contacted by a family to arrange a menu for their upcoming graduation party hosted for their daughter. Sarah has been studying history and politics and is set to graduate this July with a first in her degree, which is definitely a cause for celebration. The party is taking place at the family home, with Hog Roast Cairnryan on hand to serve a delicious buffet in the garden. For the catering, we will be providing our gourmet BBQ menu, which is perfect since it includes so many dishes for the guests to enjoy.
On the day of the event, the Hog Roast Cairnryan team arrived at the family home in the morning, to prepare for the midday serving time. We began the food prep by barbequing the main dishes, which included succulent pork sausages, juicy beef burgers, halloumi and vegetable skewers, marinated chicken kebabs, and BBQ spareribs. These dishes were served in fresh bread rolls and accompanied by a selection of sauces and sides. For the side dishes, the guests enjoyed homemade chips, sweet potato fries, crunchy coleslaw, corn cobettes, and a selection of seasonal salad dishes. The guests were able to line up at our catering station and choose their ideal lunch from the dishes that we had to offer. Our menu was a great addition to the occasion and definitely went down a treat with all of the guests!
