With 60 of Duncan’s closest friends, family, and colleagues on the guest list, she knew she needed a catering crew that could handle the heat – and Hog Roast Brampton was more than up to the task.
We couldn’t wait to dive into the action with our Southern Slow Roast Menu, a spread that’s always a crowd-pleaser. We started our day early by marinating the meats in our top-secret rubs, infusing every bite with bold, Southern flavours.
Once on-site, we slow-roasted Texan-style beef brisket, Louisiana sticky pork ribs, and Cajun-spiced chicken to perfection, resulting in a trio of tender, juicy, and oh-so-flavourful meats that had everyone licking their lips. And to really turn up the heat, we had a selection of sauces to accompany the meats, from a smokey sweet BBQ glaze to our fiery Cajun hot pepper sauce!
But we didn’t stop there. Hog Roast Brampton’s BBQ-pulled jackfruit rolls were a delicious option for vegetarian and vegan guests. And, since no feast is complete without some killer sides, we made sure to bring our A-game! Our Memphis-style coleslaw was a zesty hit, while the mixed sweet potato and traditional fries were gone in a flash. And let’s not forget the mac and cheese—creamy, cheesy, and completely indulgent!
