We’re loving the early bookings that have been coming in recently, and one of the first to get the holiday ball rolling is Daniel! Daniel gave us a ring earlier this week to lock in catering for his office Christmas party here in Cumbria.
When Daniel was first put in charge of organising the entire party, he was (understandably) feeling the festive stress. But since chatting with Hog Roast Great Ormside’s friendly team, he’s pumped to pull off the best office party yet!
The client has chosen our fabulous Festive Menu for the occasion, and let’s just say his colleagues are in for a Christmas feast they won’t soon forget. We’ll be serving up 220 portions of our classic Christmas turkey, perfectly roasted and served with sage and onion stuffing and a generous helping of sweet cranberry sauce. Yum! And for the meat-free crowd? We’ve got them covered with an additional 30 portions of our BBQ-pulled jackfruit rolls, paired with a fresh, plant-based coleslaw that’s so good, they won’t feel left out!
Christmas is all about indulging, so, of course, we’ll be serving plenty of sides to accompany these delightful mains. Think creamy cauliflower cheese, crispy roast potatoes, pigs in blankets, glazed Brussels sprouts, green beans, peas, carrots, and—of course—rich, homemade gravy to drown it all in. We’re going all out to make sure guests can fill their plates (and then some!).
And for the festive finale? We’ll be serving up warming non-alcoholic mulled wine to keep everyone feeling merry, plus our famous homemade mince pies with brandy cream. We think you’ll agree it’s the perfect sweet ending to a night full of Christmas cheer!
