There’s something truly enchanting about a wedding held in the intimate setting of a family garden, surrounded by loved ones and nature’s beauty. Becky and Nathan chose just that—a beautiful back garden owned by Becky’s parents—for their wedding celebration, and we were honoured to provide the catering with our signature Hog Roast Brough experience.
The day was perfectly paced, starting at 4:00 pm with a delicious antipasti spread. Guests mingled under the open sky, enjoying fresh, vibrant flavours that set the tone for the celebration. The relaxed atmosphere was filled with laughter, clinking glasses, and the joyful anticipation of what was to come.
At 5:30 pm, the main course was served, featuring our classic slow-roasted pork with crispy crackling, tender and juicy, alongside a variety of seasonal sides. To finish off the evening, desserts were served at 7:30 pm, offering guests a sweet ending to an already perfect day. The garden was filled with smiles and happy chatter as guests savoured every bite, soaking in the atmosphere of love and togetherness.
