In preparation for the coronation, Hog Roast Barrhill was hired by a pub in Cumbria to provide catering for their upcoming celebrations. The pub is planning on hosting an event for all members of the community to enjoy, with the coronation being live-streamed on screens throughout the venue. As well as the usual pub drinks and snacks, Hog Roast Barrhill has been hired to provide our gourmet BBQ menu at the event. This menu is ideal for the occasion as it includes a wide variety of dishes and can be served efficiently to large groups of guests.
In preparation for this event, the Hog Roast Barrhill team will be setting up our catering station in the beer garden and preparing our dishes on-site. For the mains, we will be serving succulent pork sausages, veggie sausages, juicy British beef burgers, halloumi and vegetable skewers, marinated chicken kebabs, and BBQ spareribs. The mains will be served in fresh bread rolls, with gluten-free rolls also on offer. For the side dishes, we will prepare crunchy coleslaw, corn cobettes, mac and cheese, homemade chips, and a selection of fresh salad dishes. This will create a varied and delicious buffet lunch for the customers to enjoy and is sure to attract some new faces to the pub! All we need now is a sunny day to make this event even better!
