Hog Roast Hooray – Juliet’s Graduation Bash Gets A Southern Sizzle With Hog Roast Ainstable!

Hog Roast AinstableIf anyone knows how to throw a graduation party, it’s Arlene and Paul! The pair pulled out all the stops to celebrate their daughter Juliet’s graduation from university with a party that was as vibrant and spirited as she is!

After the formal cap and gown ceremony, family and friends gathered at the couple’s home in Cumbria, which had been transformed into party central, complete with upbeat music, a buzzing mobile bar in the garden, and the perfect sunny weather to top it all off. It was the ultimate alfresco celebration!

With 70 guests hungry for a good time and great food, Arlene and Paul made the smart move to bring in Hog Roast Ainstable to handle the feast. Our team was stoked to serve up our Southern Slow Roast Menu, paying homage to Juliet’s dream of one day moving to the States. This incredible spread featured mouth-watering BBQ pork butt, Cajun-spiced whole roast chickens, and fall-off-the-bone Louisiana-style sticky pork ribs, all accompanied by a selection of sauces ranging from smoky sweet BBQ glaze to fiery Cajun hot pepper sauce.

Hog Roast AinstableFor our veggie and vegan pals, Hog Roast Ainstable proudly whipped up pulled jackfruit sandwiches dripping with hickory sauce and crunchy coleslaw, ensuring everyone had a taste of the delicious action.

Did someone mention sides? Rest assured, we brought the flavour with our Memphis-style coleslaw, ultra creamy and cheesy mac and cheese, and corn cobbettes slathered in melting butter. Everything we served was presented on charming bamboo plates because why not add a touch of rustic flair to the feast?

Guests couldn’t get enough of the delicious fare, and it wasn’t long before the chafing dishes were cleared and plates were practically licked clean. It was clear that our Southern-inspired dishes were a hit, perfectly complementing the celebratory atmosphere of Juliet’s graduation party.

As the evening wound down, filled with heartfelt toasts and joyous moments shared among loved ones, it was evident that Arlene, Paul, and their guests had created a memorable experience for Juliet!
