When the day of the party arrived, Hog Roast Sedbergh was the first to arrive at the venue, and without missing a beat, the team launched themselves into preparing Terry’s chosen buffet: the Alfresco Menu.
Featuring a show-stopping slow-roasted hog with crispy crackling, homemade sage and onion stuffing and applesauce accompaniments, this wholesome feast was enough to put everyone in the party mood. Enhancing the menu even further, Hog Roast Sedbergh served mixed sweet potato and regular fries, buttery corn cobbettes and Italian charcuterie boards, which overflowed with deli meats, cheeses, artisan breads and more. Vegetarian options, such as grilled vegetable skewers and flavorful side salads were also available, ensuring that no one was left out.
When the guests arrived, they were instantly intrigued by the spread on offer, and excitedly filled their plates with goodies before finding a relaxing spot to sit and dig in.
Louise’s 40th birthday celebration was a truly fun-filled experience for the whole family. The spacious venue and lively ambience provided the perfect setting for laughter, conversations, and creating precious memories.
